Higher Education Opportunities Act (HEOA)

Beginning July 1, 2010 – Federal law requires campuses to provide students textbook information and prices associated with each course when they preregister for their classes. Complying with the HEOA requirements is a condition for the CSU receiving student financial aid from the Federal government.
